When you register, you automatically accept the "Terms and conditions" of the rushforvictory.com site. Please read them, check any change and cancel your registration in case you don't agree with changes.

Rush for Victory is a free play platform realized by Testawebedv S.r.l. To use it just follow some simple rules.

Any behavior inside the Community submits to Webmaster's final judgment. As a consequence, if you breach of any of the following rules, you'll incur in penalties related to the seriousness of the breach itself, up to the cancellation of user account.

1. Registration

   Register to Rush for Victory using your actual personal data. In this way we can help you more easily when site problems arise. We can also easily recognize you in case of future contests and/or special projects that require user identification.

   Data you enter into the system are protected by Privacy regulations. You'll never receive SPAM e-mails nor you data will be given to third parties. The only communications you are going to receive from us are the Newsletter (in case you have chosen to receive it) and the communications you required (the password recovery email message or messages your chat friends left on the answering service).

   Complete registration to get your account. You are asked to choose a personal password. You are responsible for the safekeeping of your access data (nickname and password) and for all that concerns your account or your password. In case of anomalies relevant to your password or your account, immediately contact the Webmaster of Rush for Victory using the proper form on the site.

   To choose Nickname and Password, read the relevant Rules inside the site.

2. Children

   rushforvictory.com users must be at least 18 years old. Testawebedv S.r.l. can't be held liable for use of the game by under age users. Under age users can play only upon parents or parental authority authorization, according to local laws.

   Parental note: any question you may have about Rush for Victory, send an email message to privacy@rushforvictory.com.

3. The Game

   Testawebedv S.r.l. commits itself to always offer you an enjoyable playing experience in Rush for Victory. However, we can't predict all technical problems. For this reason, Testawebedv S.r.l. can't be held liable for technical problems and for accidental loss of information relevant to a user or a team.

   When you register, you automatically accept Game Rules. You are never allowed to:

   • cheat or encourage other player to cheat
   • alter the game
   • to misappropriate at other players accounts

   Always remember to observe the copyright of material that are not of your own.

   Remember: though multiaccounting is not forbidden, it is discouraged. Rush for Victory Webmaster accepts no responsibility about any relevant problem that may arise and reserves to act at his own final judgment.

   If you stay offline for a six months period you team will be cancelled.

4. Further information

   It is forbidden to use the Rush for Victory platform for unlawful purposes or for transmission of unlawful, libeling, indecent materials or materials that are detrimental to other's privacy and that breach copyright or other intellectual properties.

   The contents of Rush for Victory are available on the Web and usable for the purposes provided for the platform itself: play and exchange of information relevant to the game between users. Graphics, text and any audio and video contribution are protected by Copyright and Trademark international laws. It is forbidden to copy, publish, sell their contents without the Rush for Victory administrators authorization.

5. Forum, Chat and Blog

   When you register, you accept to use the site only for the functions the site has been created for: play and exchange of information relevant to the game between users. In detail it is forbidden to use forum, chat and blogs to:

   • libel, offend or unlawfully use the other participant to the community
   • publish and distribute any unsuitable, libeling, obscene or indecent material, name or information o subject
   • start political, religious, racist discussions or discussions relevant to subjects that lie outside the game object
   • load pornographic files or files that damage the sensitivity of some users category
   • load software files or materials protected by the intellectual property law
   • load corrupted or virus files or any software that may damage the system or another user's PC
   • advertise or sell any goods or service
   • insert SPAM and send the same message many times
   • use a blasphemous and coarse talk

6. Multiple Accounts

   The staff strongly advises against the use of multiple accounts (the registration of the same person using several accounts in the website). The staff will take the necessary measures in case of repeated and incorrect use of multiple accounts.

For any violation detected inside Community, the Webmaster reserves to ban participants and, in case, delete the reoffender account.
