Terms of use are defined and are to be intended according to the Italian laws. According to Decree 196/2003 (Personal data protection act), personal data shall be treated correctly, lawfully, transparently and safeguarding your privacy and your rights.

The following subject might get to know user personal data: TestaWebEdv S.r.l. company divisions that may need data to carry out relevant obligation. Data are not disclosed.
You can always assert your right towards the owner of treatment , according to art. 8 of the Italian Decree 196/2003. Address any request relevant to personal data treatment to: privacy@testawebedv.it. Data are stored for no more that 24 months from registration. Your right are governed by art. 7 of Italian Decree 196/2003, that is fully reported herein:
Art. 7. Righty to access personal data and other rights
The interested party has the right to be informed of the existence of personal data relevant to himself, even where such data are still unregistered, and the communication of the same in an intelligible form. The interested party has the right to know::

- purpose and mode of treatment;
- logic applied in case of data treatment using electronic tools;
- of owner, persons in charge and appointed representative according to Art.5, paragraph 2, ID details
- of subjects or subjects categories to whom personal data may be communicated or that might get to know them as appointed representative in the State, or person in charge or appointed person
The interested party has the right to obtain:
- update, change or data integration
- the deletion, the anonymization or the block of data treated in violation of the law including data whose conservation is not necessary according to the purpose the data have been collected or treated;
- the statement that operations under items a) and b) are known - also for their contents - by whom the data have been communicated to or disclosed to, except for the case such an operation is impossible or needs the use of excessive means in respect of the protected right.
The interested party has the right to object, fully or partly:
- to the treatment of his personal data for grounded reasons, if relevant to collection purpose;
- to the treatment of his own personal data as to delivery of advertising material or direct sales or for market researches or commercial communications.
